1. Can I use my own bartenders?

A: Yes, you're welcome to bring your own bartenders, or you can take advantage of our packages that include this service.

2. What are the setup requirements for your mobile cart at the venue?

A: If you'd like to set up indoors, we just need a door opening that’s at least 5 feet wide and a standard 120v outlet. If you're setting up outside without power, we can provide a quiet generator for an additional fee.

3. Do I have to pay a booking deposit?

A: Yes, once we confirm that your date is available, a 50% deposit is required, along with a signed contract, to secure Tipsy Truck for your event.

4. What types of beverages can your cart serve?

A: Our mobile carts are versatile and can serve up to 6 different beverages. We have 6 taps on the truck and can serve draft beer, prosecco, wine, cocktails, mocktails, juices, sodas, and more. Please note that due to state laws, Tipsy Truck cannot supply alcohol. You, the venue, or your caterer will need to provide the alcohol. We’ll provide you with our distributor’s contact information so you can purchase beverages at wholesale prices.

5. How much alcohol do I need to buy?

A: Determining how much alcohol you need can be tricky! Contact us with the number of guests, your guests' typical drinking habits, and how long you want the drinks to be served. We’ll calculate the right amount for you.

6. What is the gratuity policy?

A: No need to worry about tipping separately! A 20% gratuity is automatically added to each package price.
